Fillmore County Foundation
The Fillmore County Foundation board holds meetings in the spring and fall each year. These meetings are held on the first Tuesday in March and September. The grant application form can be found on the Documents tab. Completed grant applications will be due to Heartland Trust Company by the dates listed below for the applicable grant cycle:
Spring Applications: The last Friday in the month of February
Fall Applications: The last Friday in the month of August

Fillmore County Foundation
Earl & Jessie Wilkins Fund
In addition to the general Fillmore County Foundation grants, there are grant funds available from the Earl & Jessie Wilkins Fund. This subaccount of the Fillmore County Foundation has a separate advisory board that meets during the week preceding the Fillmore County Foundation meeting. While there is not a specific application for this subaccount, the board requests an email to Lucas Swartzendruber (lls@myhbank.com) with information about the project. Typically, the Earl & Jessie Wilkins Fund awards matching grants for community projects. Guidelines for this email application are below:

To be considered for an Earl & Jessie Wilkins Fund grant, email applications with project information should be submitted by the dates below:
Spring Applications: The second Friday in the month of February
Fall Applications: The second Friday in the month of August

Scholarships
Fillmore County Foundation Scholarship applications will be accepted on an annual basis. Scholarship applications will have the following due date for consideration:
Annual Application: Due on or around April 15th, depending on the day of the week this falls on. Specific details on deadlines for a particular year can be found by reaching out to the local school guidance counselor or Heartland Trust Company.
